Well, this is the question that makes me remind of my past. I used to be very fat when I was a teenager. Being a teenager, I used to remain very depress and was touchy about my looks and figure. I used to weigh about 180 pounds and my height is 5'4. I decided to lose weight, but the problem was my will power. You have to be very strong if you really want to lose weight. In my case, i would not feel shame in admitting that I had no will power when i was a teenager. Now losing weight is not n easy task, you need to be consistent and regular with your exercise and diet. I got married at the age of 20 and had my first baby when i was 21. I putted on more weight during my pregnancy. Than finally i decided to get rid of those extra pounds, as i knew that if i am not going to lose it now than i will not be able to lose my weight ever. I decided to join a gym, but i couldn't make up to go their on regular basis, as i am working mom and i hardly get time to go to gym.
Finally, I searched over internet and googled the easiest way to lose weight and come across the article that was written by a lady on some website. That article turned my life in to new look forever. That lady mentioned the benefits of acai berry and colon cleanse , and they were really very compelling that i decided to use acai berry and colon cleanse to lose my weight.
I would like to tell you that I have lost 30 IBS in less than 25 days.
I am still on this diet plan called " personal detox diet plan" .
I will be posting it's benefits and affects later on.
